WPG (3702 TT) Reports September 2014 and Third Quarter Consolidated Sales, Set Single Month and Quarter Record. Monthly Consolidated Sales Surpassed the NT$40 Billion Mark For The First Time.

Benefited from increased demand and strong shipments of smart phones, e-wallet, communication-related components, industrial electronics, and cloud applications, the largest distributor of semiconductor components in Asia, reported September 2014 consolidated sales of NT$42.76 billion, represented 12.8% increase over previous year’s NT37.9 billion.

Consolidated sales of third quarter was NT$119.35 billion, an increase of 10.8% over the same period last year, in line with expectation of NT$118~123 billion. Quarterly sales also set record high for two consecutive quarters; YTD consolidated sales of 2014 were NT$335.4 billion, a 13.7% increase over 2013’s NT$294.96 billion.
