WPG (3702 TT) Reports May 2013 Consolidated Sales of NT$ 34.7 Billion, +11.1% YoY

Benefitted from increased demand of emerging markets and increased sales of smartphone and tablet, WPG, the largest distributor of semiconductor components in Asia, reported May 2013 consolidated sales of NT$34.7 billion, an 11.1% increase over previous year’s 31.24billion. YTD Consolidated sales of 2013 were NT$155.86 billion, represented 9.3% increase over previous year’s NT$142.57 billion.

The sales breakdowns by regions are 80% from China (incl. HK), 13% from Taiwan, 5% from ASEAN and 2% from others.
