The BOD resolved to adjust the share swap ratio for acquisition of Yosun Industrial Corp.: 

(1)Swap ratio is  from 1:0.902 to 1:0.954 (Yosun: WPG).

(2)The shares issued is from 333,707,728 shares to 397,025,463 shares.
