According to Article 142 and item 3 of Article 266 of Company Act, WPG
urges existing shareholders who miss the subscription deadline to submit
payment from 2019/9/9 to 2019/10/9 3:30pm.

(1)Shareholders who missed the subscription deadline, please bring the
original subscription notification and submit payment to the branches of CTBC
Bank. Subscription right is deemed forfeited if the payment has not been paid
by the deadline.
(2)For those shareholders who submit payment by the deadline, WPG will
deliver the new shares to shareholders' accounts in TDCC.
