Contributed from steady growth in core products such as 3C and automotives,
and benefited from successful deployment in new applications such as
Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud storage and
high-performance computing, WPG, the distributor of semiconductor components
in Asia announces its June 2019 consolidated sales of NT$41.78 billion, a
5.8% decrease over previous year’s NT$44.37 billion. Second quarter
consolidated sales was NT$129.18 billion, a 15.5% increase over previous
quarter’s NT$111.83 billion, in line with expectation. YTD consolidated
sales was NT$241.01 billion, a 8.3% decrease over previous year’s NT$262.94
billion.
